hehe well thanx for spending so much time on it thou.
being busy with all the details and painting the backgrounds and watching at everything for many hours straight everything just blends, and then i just miss those horrible mistakes that definitely shouldnt be there. I am gonna fix that arm yeah it looks *no comment*. The rest will just stay as it is for now because i have no time for this anymore, if it was for some client i would definitely have to spend more time on it.
thanx
regards
m
1) The right elbow looks wrong because the upper arm is bent (?!).
2) The front leg has a similar problem with the knee since on the left side (right side of the picture) it looks too higher than the right side... it is either that or a problem with the shin being too long, it becomes evident if we compare the two leg since there is not enough depth of field for prospective play.
3) Finally the outstretched hand as a couple of very minor problems. The thumb joint looks too high by an hair or so and the skin folding between thumb and index finger looks wrong: the thumb should cover more of the hand; the position and proportions are right, but some of the "meat" of the hand is missing.
4) The shadows could be wrong because the background suggests side or back lighting and the actor suggests a direct front light. Being a fantasy picture could be also multiple suns, but feels implausible.
Finally the fingers of the feet look too equal in width; this is especially evident on the front foot. But that is a known aestetic licence as much as the humongous butterfly so i consider it done on purpose and i am pointing it only for the occasional mistake.
The rest is great art as usual, thanks for sharing it with us.
I love how you did the nature the most!
